1. General Warranty Information
The guarantee of the manufacturer of the goods is accepted by the buyer and is the only guarantee given to the buyer in respect of the goods. Airlie Beach Computers agrees to assign to the buyer on request made by the buyer the benefit of any warranty or entitlement to the goods that the manufacturer has granted to Airlie Beach Computers under any contract or by implication or operation of law to the extent that the benefit of any warranty or entitlement is assignable.
Airlie Beach Computers is not liable for and the buyer releases Airlie Beach Computers from any claims in respect of faulty or defective design of any goods supplied.
Except as provided in these conditions, all express and implied warranties, guarantees and conditions under the statute or general law as to merchantability, description, quality, suitability or fitness of the goods for any purpose or as to design, assembly, installation, materials or workmanship or otherwise are expressly excluded. Airlie Beach Computers is not liable for physical or financial injury, loss or damage or for consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of the supply, layout, assembly, installation or operation of the goods or arising out of Airlie Beach Computers negligence or in any way whatsoever.
Damage to computer components and possible bodily harm can occur if a product is used improperly. We do not guarantee compatibility. Pictures are for illustration purposes only. Prices published on our web site are inclusive of any government taxes or charges unless otherwise noted, and exclusive of any insurance and freight. Prices may be changed without notice at our sole discretion. Errors & Omissions Excepted.
2. Systems, Parts and Peripherals Warranties
All systems, parts and peripherals that we sell as new are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty (minimum 12 months).
All warranties may be voided by misuse, physical damage, neglect and alterations by users, as is standard in all warranty terms.
You also agree that, in relation to third party products purchased through Airlie Beach Computers, where such Products are covered by a relevant manufacturer's warranty, then this Warranty shall not extend to such Products and such manufacturer's warranty shall be the sole warranty in respect of such Products. You shall utilise that warranty for the support of such Products and in any event not look to Airlie Beach Computers for such warranty support.
3. Making a Warranty Claim
For General Warranties please contact the appropriate Manufacturer via their required procedure as laid out in their warranty information as provided with the goods at the time of purchase.
For parts and peripherals warranties, please contact the appropriate Manufacturer via their required procedure as laid out in their warranty information as provided with the parts and peripherals at the time of purchase.
