We provide a comprehensive range of in-house/on-site/remote computer services including computer & network installation and technical support all with friendly, professional and qualified technicians.

For customers on the Whitsunday islands, far away, in hard to reach locations or with emergency/minor support requests, we offer our support services remotely via a secure remote access software utility. If you can start your computer and have access to the internet via working broadband ADSL, then you are welcome to use our remote service, just simply download and run the very small TeamViewer QS Remote Access utility (<-- right click, choose “Save Target As…”, in the “Save in:” field choose “Desktop”, then simply open the file you downloaded to your desktop, selecting “Run” or “Continue” if prompted). You will see a unique ID number and random password, which we will ask you for, that will allow us to remotely access your computer (the password changes each time it runs).

Once you have our secure remote access software utility open/running, just call us on (07) 4946 4695 to confirm or arrange a time for us to assist you. This allows us to remotely control your computer (as if we were right there in front of it) and apply updates, install software, run diagnostics, minor malware removal and more.

The software is completely safe to use (with all data being encrypted), will leave no trace of itself on your computer (enabling easy removal at the completion of the support session) and will only let us access your computer when you choose (it can not be misused by anyone else and will not pose a security threat if left on your computer).

We charge flat hourly rates for all in-house/on-site/remote technical support and repairs, plus we offer after hour's emergency technical support and repairs (call us on (07) 4946 4695 for current rates).
