1. What is the method of delivery?
Delivery is via Australia Post, TNT Express, Fastway Couriers, Australian Air Express, Star Track Express or other Courier and may be Drop Shipped directly (from our suppliers) to you, so please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods. Photo identification may be required.
2. Delivery address and contact details
When placing an order with us, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address. We do recommend using your business address if you can’t be home to receive your goods. To assist us in delivering your order, please also provide your land-line and mobile telephone number.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes. The delivery companies do not deliver on weekends and public holidays, and do not ring before coming to deliver.
3. What are the delivery charges?
The cost of a delivery will vary depending on the size and weight of the box(s) and shipping destination. The actual shipping charge applicable to your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
4. Do I get a proof of delivery?
Yes, but if you have not received your order or require a proof of delivery after the standard lead time (see below), please contact us by:

5. What is the delivery lead time?
For deliveries to major State, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 3-8 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 working days. For computer systems, please allow a further 2-3 working days for assembly and testing.
Despite the fact that we try our very best to stock most of what we sell, certain products may be hard to obtain, also delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. If there is a delay with your order, you'll be informed of the ETA (estimated time of arrival) via email or phone.
Please note we do not provide a same day delivery service.
