2. How do I place an order via your web site?

1. Browse through our product catalogue
2. Click the green 'Add to Cart' button
3. Review your 'Shopping Cart' items
4. Click 'Checkout' to proceed with your order
5. Enter your details or login if already a member
6. Select your payment method
7. Enter voucher details if you have one
8. Select your shipping method
9. Review your order details and confirm
10. Print out your order Tax Invoice/Receipt
11. Check your email for your 'Order Confirmation'

3. How do I use the Flexirent Finance payment method?

Go shopping! Put all the equipment you would like to Flexirent into your shopping cart (see above '2. How do I place an order via your web site?'), then:

1. Use the Flexirent payment calculator (for monthly payment indication) at:
http://www.flexirent.com/personal/flexirent/calculator.aspx
2. Call 1800 240 102 for approval from Flexirent (it usually takes less than 15 minutes).
3. Quote our Flexirent dealer code "ABQA03".
4. Contact us via email or phone with your Flexirent authorised application number.
5. Your authorised Flexirent equipment will be ready in 2-4 days once we have received confirmation from Flexirent.

It's that EASY!

Flexirent is only available for purchases of $500 or larger.

4. Do I have to be a member to place an order?

Customers do not have to be a member to place an order, as you will create your membership during the checkout process. This will allow you to view your current order status (ie. Processed, shipped, etc), order history, account information, access competitions and other special member only offers.

5. How do I check the current status of my order?

Check your emails, as you will automatically be sent an email notifying you of your orders current status throughout processing (ie. Order Received, Payment Being Processed, Order Shipped, etc). If you can not locate your order status emails, then you can check your orders current status via our web site, just follow the below steps:

1. Login via our web site with your email address and password
2. Click on 'View Orders' in the 'My Account' section

You can also use the Courier Tracking Number, that we provided you via email when your order was shipped, to locate your orders current location via the appropriate Couriers web site tracking system. If you can not locate your tracking number, please contact us by:

6. What methods of payment are acceptable?

Airlie Beach Computers accepts VISA, MasterCard, Bank Card or Flexirent for orders placed via our web site.

7. What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will show 'Airlie Beach Computers'.

8. Why did my credit card order cost more?

Due to surcharges by Commonwealth Bank of Australia, we need to charge an additional 2% on the total purchase price for every transaction using a Credit Card.

9. Will my information be secure?

We understand and respect the privacy and confidentiality of our customers. You can rest assured that all transactions processed through our web site are encrypted, and our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure e-commerce transactions.

This software encrypts ALL of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

10. Why won't my credit card go through?

Please check the credit card number carefully, make sure all fields are filled in correctly, and check the credit card expiry date. Airlie Beach Computers only accepts VISA, MasterCard and Bank Card.

11. How do I know if you received my order?

Every customer is automatically sent a confirmation email once we have received their order, as long as they have provided us with a valid email address.

12. Can I change my order information?

If you have any changes regarding your order, please contact us immediately by:

13. What if I wish to cancel my order?

If your order is still yet to be processed and payment has not been received, then we can cancel your order provided that you email or fax us an order cancellation authorisation. Once your order cancellation authorisation has been received, we will contact you to qualify. However if the order has been processed, payment received and is already in transit to you, then order cancellation is not available.

14. What happens if I supply the wrong address?

Please always check your details before placing an order and supply a telephone number just in case delivery is difficult. If an incorrect address is supplied a re-delivery fee may be charged.

15. What if the receiver is not home when delivered?

If the receiver is unavailable to receive the delivery, the Courier will either:

(a) leave a note on the recipient's door or in their letter box asking them to call the courier and arrange a convenient time for pickup by recipient from a Courier nominated location or re-delivery (charges may occur for re-delivery), or
(b) leave the goods at the door if;
(i) requested by the sender.
(ii) safe to do so.

Please note: If the recipient works during the day, the Courier can deliver the order to the recipient's work address. Also, the Courier may call the recipient to schedule delivery.

16. Can I collect my order from your physical store?

Yes. Simply choose the 'Pick-up' shipping method during the 'Checkout' process. We will then contact you once your order is ready for you to pick up by email and phone. Just be sure to bring with you a printed copy of your order confirmation and some photo identification (ie. Drivers Licence).

17. Why can't I access the competition section?

Are you a member? Have you correctly logged into our web site? Have you made at least one purchase, via our web site, for any amount? The competition section of our web site is provided for valid, purchasing members only and can not be accessed by the general public.

18. What is your gift reminder service?

With our gift reminder service, you'll never forget an important occasion again! Simply login via our web site with your email address and password, then enter in all the special occasions you want to remember and we will remind you of all of your important dates via email at the interval you set.

19. How do I cancel my gift reminders?

1. Login via our web site with your email address and password
2. Scroll down to the remider you wish to remove
3. Click 'Remove' on the reminder you wish to cancel

20. How will you ship my order to me?

Delivery is via Australia Post, TNT Express, Fastway Couriers, Australian Air Express, Star Track Express or other Courier and may be Drop Shipped directly (from our suppliers) to you, so please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods. Photo identification may be required.
