Returns Policy
Please choose goods carefully before ordering. We can offer advice on compatibility, but we cannot guarantee that a particular item will work with your system.
If you receive a damaged package, you must notify us immediately by phone on (07) 4946 4695. Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no credit will be given. Damaged packages must be held for a reasonable amount of time with original packaging for Courier inspection.
All goods sold by Airlie Beach Computers to the buyer may be returned by the buyer in accordance with Airlie Beach Computers “Warranty Information” and "Returns Policy" in effect on the date of the invoice. Products are returnable for repair, replacement, refund or credit only.
If you have goods you believe to be faulty, then please ensure that you have contacted the appropriate Manufacturer via their required procedure as laid out in their warranty information as provided with the goods at the time of purchase prior to contacting us. If then instructed by the appropriate Manufacturer to contact us, please call us on (07) 4946 4695 or email returns@airliebeachcomputers.com to discuss the matter and/or get issued an RA (Return Authorisation) form (by email or post) BEFORE sending the goods back to us. Please ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box, and that the box is clearly addressed to us. Please include the original completed and signed RA form with the goods you are returning along with a copy of your receipt/invoice (as proof of purchase) and provide as much information about the fault or reason for return as possible, including any information or return authorisation you received from the appropriate Manufacturer prior to contacting us.
To expedite the processing of your refund, credit, repair or replacement, we expect the return of the goods to Airlie Beach Computers in their original packaging within five days of the date we issue you with an RA (Return Authorisation) form.
We will organise the return of goods to us via registered and insured mail with Australia Post, or another carrier that provides a tracking number, insurance and proof of delivery (within Australia). We will then pay for the return of the goods to you (within Australia). If you choose to ship the goods back to us, then we accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit being shipped back to us by you. If goods are returned without an RA form we may send them back to you at your cost.
Returned goods must be received in as-new or as-shipped-by Airlie Beach Computers condition, including conformance with any specifications set out in your invoice, and all of the manuals, diskette(s), CD(s), power cables, and other items included with goods must be returned with goods.
When returning faulty goods for replacement that are a discontinued product, there may be a long delay in getting a replacement from the manufacturer.
If you receive goods that are dead on arrival (DOA), damaged or we shipped you the wrong product, then we will arrange for our courier to collect the goods from you and provide you with either a full refund or ship you replacement goods.
In all cases we adhere to the Trade Practices Act and endeavour to trade with you fairly. We value your business and work hard to provide you with the best customer service that we can.
This Policy does not apply to Airlie Beach Computers Upgraded Systems, preconfigured, refurbished or reconditioned goods or parts.
